LaserMinder for the LW4000

So, you already have low arch impacts with your ORIGINAL Virtual Treadle, but what if you never had to restart your machine after a trailer hitch impact? Laserminder automatically adjusts the arch position to maneuver around aftermarket products, such as trailer hitches or bike racks. Included hardware will also secure the arch in an impacted position in the event of shear-pin breakage.

SKU: 04290084 Category:

Description

Before Laserminder:

1) Arch impacts a long trailer hitch, mirror, or bike-rack
2) Laserwash 4000 aborts the wash, instructs customer to leave which can give you a dissatisfied customer
3) Carwash is down until an attendant arrives to reset the machine

If the shear bolt is broken from the impact and the machine does not shut-down immediately, the arch can swing rapidly on the next pass, potentially impacting the vehicle.

After Laserminder:

1) Arch impacts a long trailer hitch, mirror, or bike-rack
2) Laserwash 4000 adjusts the arch position to clear the obstruction
3) Completes the wash
4) Resets and is ready for the next wash

If the shear bolt is broken from the impact, the arch is secured and locked in the impacted position to prevent any further impacts.
